I loved this book! I got really invested in the characters and couldn't wait to read what would happen next-I couldn't put it down! I'm so glad that there is more to come from this great author and his smart, tough heroine, Corey Logan.
I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all with a great book!
It is always a challenge to find a book and author that you look forward to reading. Inside Passage and Burt Weissbourd offer this rare opportunity. The novel is both funny and fast-paced; a page turner and compelling. The characters are different and rather quirky, which makes the book that much more interesting. This is good fiction... finally someone whose work I look forward to following!
Weissbourd's writing makes this the type of book you'll want to bring with you to share and enjoy on a trip. The characters are instantly compelling, the story more so. Easy to visualize the story as it unfolds, quite an enjoyable page turner. I hope it becomes a movie!
Forgot how i came across this book. i ordered it and when it came in, i knocked out the first 3 chapters in one sitting, really fun. well written and good storyline.
I loved this book! It is a smart, character-driven thriller. Once I started reading, I found it hard to put down.

Weissbourd is a great story teller. I loved the book so much that I went to his reading from Inside Passage at the Corner Bookstore in NYC to ask him to sign my book. I was also interested in knowing about the sequel (this is the first novel in the Corey Logan triology).

I recommend Inside Passage to readers who love thrillers with strong, smart characters. It is a must read.
This was such a fun book to read. The characters were believable and the story kept me interested to the very last page. I liked the author's writing style. Bits and pieces of the story were woven until each chapter, which for me kept my interest. There was never a reason to daydream through a few pages.

Most people try to figure out the ending before they finish. I was wrong and was happy that I was. I can't wait for the next book to come up, which upon checking is later this spring!!!!
Reading this book, and especially following one of the villains -- you won't need a Zagat Guide to Seattle. Along with a story that I found delicious was a maze-like series of encounters in some of the better eating places in Seattle. I'm usually not interested in mystery stories but do read sailing stories. So I bought "Inside Passage" thinking it was about a ship adventure in the waters off of Washington and Vancouver. It's not, but instead of being a disappointment I found it to be never predictable and always inventive. It says "A Corey Logan" novel on the cover so I look forward to another good read. And I've learned enough about the Seattle area and Washington coast to want to take a vacation there--hopefully without the life or death predicaments of Corey Logan.
